Weight gain and loss has been a lifelong journey for Cheryl-Lynn. It is from these experiences that she can offer insight and support to those who are in need of advice and direction.
Cheryl-Lynn has completed her Group Fitness and Personal Training certifications, an achievement which has given her the ability to work effectively with both individuals and specialized group programs such as bootcamps.
To balance work and play, Cher enjoys hiking, biking, running, traveling and volunteering. Cheryl-Lynn is currently a Girl Guide leader and also runs in the CIBC Run for the Cure on an annual basis. Volunteering allows her to give back to the community and educate others about health and wellness.

"Thanks for such a great work out last night from Cheryl-Lynn. I have a weary body today. I like doing the varied activities... even though I moan over the ab exercise I really am always glad we do them! Doing abs through different exercise is the best.
I am so pleased that I was able to do the 'sideways walking' and push ups and not have any shoulder consequences; I went cautiously, though. I have sore shoulder muscles but that is from the exercises and not from my 'injury'."
